As a Salesforce administrator, you would work closely with all departments to support their Salesforce administration, maintenance and customization needs. You would also interact with the solution architecture and development teams to review their organizational needs and ensuring that Salesforce development best practices are consistently followed.
Reporting to the CIO/CTO at the firm, you would be responsible for all technical aspects of Salesforce.com in our organization, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, appexchange products, and custom software development using Apex and Lightening solutions. You would be responsible for development and maintenance of organizational workflows, managing access including identity access management and roles, help building dashboards, reports, and 3rd party API integrations.
